Information and purposes
We store your submitted contact details, business URL, workflow description, application status and correspondence to respond to inquiries and arrange requested services. Email links and session cookies provide account access. Security controls process network and request information to prevent abuse.
Product updates and site measurements
Product updates require separate confirmation. You can unsubscribe in your workspace without withdrawing an application. We record limited page and action counters, not form contents in analytics. Counters are not unique visitor counts.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, database storage and Turnstile spam checks. Resend delivers access and service notification emails. Cloudflare and Resend process data in the locations described in their service agreements.
Retention
We review inactive inquiries after 90 days and remove records no longer needed.
Exported backups are kept for up to 7 days under our backup procedure. Provider recovery copies follow the provider’s retention window. When restoring a backup, recorded deletion requests must be reapplied before service resumes.
Your choices
Contact danielrosiak@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We verify requests before changing private records. Account cookies are used for authentication; marketing subscriptions are optional.
Shared information
Do not submit customer exports, passwords or confidential files. If further material is needed, we agree the scope and transfer method with you directly.
